Location Shoot One

For this shoot I went into Manchester to get some photographs of some interesting people and tell their story through photographic. I really enjoyed doing this and found that I preferred stopping and asking people in the street if I could take their photograph and then almost getting to know some of their background, almost like Brendan from HumansofNY.

A friend and I saw this homeless man outside of co-op we decided to ask him for a photograph and bought him some orange juice.

I like this photograph and how I composed it because I have the shop owners in the bottom left corner. The thing I would change is I would take it in color instead of black and white because it would make it a lot more interesting and make more things stand out.

I like how I composed this with someone giving him some money and also with the cooperative fair trade posters behind him I think it adds more of a political view to it.

I really like this photograph in Afflecks Palace in Manchester because it's really colorful and all the items in there are of the same genre. In the location we were in the lighting was really hard to get the exposure correct so I did well to get this.
